Can I bring my dog, cat or other animal to the Race? No, pets are not permitted on the Race route. We have protective insurance that is necessary for an event this size and our policy prohibits us to allow pet. Plus, there is no water or shade for animals on the Race route and we want to be sure your animal is safe from the heat and hot pavement. -
Can I in-line skate, skateboard, roller skate or cycle or use a scooter on the Race route? No. Because of the size of the crowd there is no way we can ensure your safety while on wheels. The only participants allowed on wheels are in wheel chairs or those pushing a baby stroller. If you are in a wheel chair or have a child in a stroller and are not a competitive participant, we ask that you please line up at the back of the starting line for your safety and the safety of other participants. -
What will happen if there is severe weather? The event occurs rain or shine. However, Susan G. Komen for the Cure San Antonio Affiliate reserves the right to cancel the event in extreme circumstances. In the case of severe weather, please stay tuned to one of the Komen Race for the Cure media partners (WOAI-TV, Mix 96.1, KJ-97, Q 101.9, KZEP 104.5, 1200 WOAI and AM 760 The Ticket) for important event information. If the Race is cancelled, your entry fee will be applied as a donation to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure San Antonio Affiliate. -
What if I miss the team registration deadline? If you miss the team registration deadline, we suggest registering as an individual participant and walking or running with your team. -
If I am registering as a competitive runner, when and where will my time be posted? Times will be posted at www.komensanantonio.org as soon as possible following the Race. -

Komen for the Cure. Mail everything to: Tributes, PO Box 6447, San Antonio, Texas, 78209. -
